Deposits and Rescheduling

A deposit of 50% per hunter is required at the time of booking. A similar deposit is also required to book lodging. Dates will be held for five business days. If the deposit is not paid within that time frame you will lose your reservation.

If you have confirmed reservations and you are not able to come, we will reschedule based on availability for the same season. If no other dates are available you may send another in your place or forfeit your deposit.

We regret we are unable to reschedule hunts with less than 60 days notice of arrival date and deposits will be forfeited. Non-refundable deposits will not be applied to balances due on other party members.
